Delivery, if the product is available, takes place within 10 working days. The distribution is made by a transport agency or by courier service which is chosen by the store and paid by the customer. Our store bears no responsibility for the transport of products. The goods travel on behalf of, at the risk, responsibility and expense of the customer. Delivery of the goods to the competent transport agency or courier service is considered delivery to the buyer. Ownership of the goods until their value is paid remains with the seller.
Delivery of your order may be delayed during periods of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of the ordered products.It may also be delayed if telephone and / or e-mail communication with you is not possible (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to payment) because for example your details that you have entered are not properly updated. In case the product you ordered has run out, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to give you all the alternatives.
